Benefit from the free cancellation and refund* of your stay if you are one of the cases listed below:

You or someone registered on the lease has COVID-19 (hospitalization or positive test) within 15 days prior to arrival

You are a proven contact case in the obligation to isolate yourself and do the PCR test (on presentation of a proof) within 7 days prior to arrival

Campsite closed due to COVID-19 administrative decision

You are in a containment zone preventing you from going to the campsite

*refund valid for any new booking. Such cancellation may give rise to a full refund of the stay or to a voucher, valid for 18 months in the campsite of the cancelled stay. If the latter is not used, the reimbursement will take place after 18 months.
